As a part of Banking practice within the agile and distributed Strategy & Consulting Global Network team, you will contribute as a strategic partner, helping shape new business models, collaborate with clients in unconventional ways, rediscover their purpose, and commit to constant innovation.
Bring In Your Technological Expertise And a Global Perspective To Enable Banks And Payment Providers Take Bold Steps To Thrive And Be Future-ready. In This Role, You Can Help Reshape The Banking Industry With The Following Initiatives:
- Work closely with clients on complex business problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help them find solutions and achieve their goals.
- Lead the project delivery, support in areas such as process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and/or software procurement.
- Interface with cross functional client teams to perform project management activities.
- Support leaders in drafting winning pitches and discover new business opportunities.
- Mentor team members and contribute to their professional development.
- Support asset development, contribute to thought leadership, staffing efforts, and capability development.
- Estimate resource effort and cost budgets to complete a project within the defined scope.
- Provide subject matter expertise, guidance and recommendations that will drive the success and growth of the solutions and programs in the market.

Your experience counts!
- MBA from Tier-1 B-school
- 6-12 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms, or analytics firms for banks or financial services company
- Experience in digital transformation, documentary operations - issuance or advise, optical character recognition tools, artificial intelligence, automation, document management, SWIFT, blockchain
- Experience in providing consulting services to the client to facilitate the design, development, and implementation of solutions such as Finacle, CGI, Finastra Trade Innovation, Misys, Microsoft, TRIMS, Newgen Omniflow, Traydstream, Bolero, Demica, TReDS, Contour, MarcoPolo or TradeIX
- Exposure to documentary trade, letter of credit, bank guarantees, supply chain finance, receivables finance, payables finance, factoring, forfaiting, distributor financing, invoice, or bill discounting
