Atelier Crescendo is growing - and we’re excited to open a new position for an Acoustic Consultant (all levels) as our workload continues to rise.
We’re looking for someone who can support the delivery of building acoustics projects while helping shape the future of a modern, fast growing (with all the pros and cons that go with it!!), sustainability‑focused consultancy.
About the Role
You’ll work across:
- Building and architectural acoustics design (primary focus)
- Environmental noise and vibration
- Gym noise and vibration
- R&D and sustainability-led projects
This role offers meaningful responsibility, creative input, and the chance to influence how we develop as a company.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- UK-based, with the legal right to work in the UK
- We will also consider senior consultants seeking part-time or flexible-hours roles.
- Dynamic, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
- Strong communication and client-facing confidence
Desirable (NOT required — just bonus points!)
- Interest in marketing and business development
- Content-marketing enthusiasm
- Ability to speak multiple languages
- Strong interest in AI, automation, and workflow optimisation
- Sustainability-driven mindset
- Based in London or Manchester
- Musician or strong interest in music

Compensation
- Salary dependent on experience and working terms.
- Open to flexible, part-time or job share.
- Remote first with occasional office days in London or Manchester.
- Based on a 32-hour workweek (or pro-rated for part-time)
