As our Acquisition Delivery Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the property transactions that keep our network operating and growing. You'll take ownership of acquisition and design-related projects across a defined region or customer programme, ensuring sites are acquired, renewed, upgraded and maintained efficiently while delivering against customer, shareholder and business objectives.
Working closely with internal teams, acquisition partners, suppliers and shareholders, you'll help unlock site opportunities, maintain continuity of service and drive delivery excellence across a diverse portfolio of telecoms infrastructure projects.

This role is critical to ensuring Cornerstone continues to secure, protect and optimise its estate portfolio through effective project management and property transaction delivery. From new acquisitions and lease renewals to upgrades and site sharing opportunities, you'll ensure sites progress smoothly through the delivery lifecycle while balancing commercial, operational and customer requirements.
Your expertise will help maintain security of tenure, support network expansion, minimise business risk and maximise the value of Cornerstone's infrastructure assets.

- 🤝 Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Acquisition Partners, Shareholder Regional Teams and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and objectives.

🏗️ Deliver Property Transaction Programmes Manage the successful delivery of acquisition and design-related projects, including lease renewals, new site acquisitions, upgrades, NTQs and incoming/outgoing site-share applications.

📈 Drive Programme Performance Track delivery against timescales, budgets and volume targets, ensuring customer, shareholder and business commitments are achieved.

🔍 Manage Risks, Issues and Dependencies Identify, monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies across programmes of work, escalating where necessary to maintain delivery momentum.

📊 Provide Accurate Forecasting & Reporting Maintain visibility across all workstreams, ensuring forecasts are accurate, up to date and aligned to agreed standards through effective supplier management and reporting.

💰 Deliver Commercial Outcomes Support delivery of Capex and Opex targets through sound commercial decision-making, adherence to policy and effective management of agreement terms.

🧾 Apply Property & Asset Expertise Provide guidance and validation of supplier activity to ensure property transactions are completed efficiently and site-specific issues are resolved effectively.

🧑 🤝 🧑 Manage Supplier Performance Lead and manage third-party acquisition agents, estates partners and suppliers to ensure delivery targets, quality standards and contractual obligations are met.

🛡️ Support Compliance & Governance Contribute actively to Health & Safety, Environmental, Business Continuity and Information Security requirements, ensuring compliance across all activities.
What You'll Bring
- Considerable site acquisition knowledge gained within a mobile network or telecommunications environment.
- Extensive experience delivering high volumes of property transactions and site-related projects against challenging targets.
- Significant experience managing third-party suppliers, acquisition agents and external partners.
- Strong understanding of telecoms property and asset management principles.
- Sound knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code (ECC) and UK Landlord & Tenant legislation.
- Experience managing risks, dependencies and issues within complex project environments.
- Commercially astute with the ability to balance operational delivery and business objectives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships across matrix organisations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure within fast-paced and constantly evolving environments.
- Excellent planning, organisational and prioritisation capability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
