Role Description
The Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving growth by identifying, onboarding, and managing restaurant partners, home chefs, and food vendors on the NomJet platform. This contract, remote role involves prospecting new partners, conducting outreach campaigns, presenting NomJet’s value proposition, and negotiating partnership terms. The Acquisition Manager will analyze market data, segment leads, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize acquisition strategies and partner performance. Daily tasks include maintaining a pipeline in CRM tools, preparing reports, coordinating onboarding processes, and ensuring partners have the support and information needed to succeed on the platform. The role also entails monitoring acquisition metrics, refining processes, and providing feedback on product and service improvements based on partner needs.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in partner acquisition, sales outreach, and relationship management, with proven ability to build and maintain long-term collaborations.
- Experience in growth, business development, or marketplace expansion, preferably within food delivery, e-commerce, or technology platforms.
- Competence in data analysis, lead segmentation, and use of CRM or sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance metrics.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver compelling presentations and negotiate partnership terms.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet acquisition targets within agreed timelines.
- Familiarity with digital marketing or performance marketing concepts that support partner acquisition and activation is beneficial.
- Understanding of local food ecosystems, vendor operations, and customer behavior in online food delivery markets is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience in growth or acquisition roles.
