Acquisition Manager

Location: Field-based (UK)
Type: Self-employed / Commission-based (initially) → Path to full-time leadership role

About us

Garage Buddy is a fast-growing SaaS platform built specifically for automotive garages. We help workshops streamline operations, improve customer communication, and increase revenue through modern digital tools — from job cards and automated updates to professional reports and smart reminders.

We’re now looking for a highly motivated Acquisition Manager to help us expand rapidly by bringing Garage Buddy directly to garages across the UK.

The Role

This is a field-based sales role focused on acquiring new garage customers through in-person visits, product demos, and relationship building.

You’ll be the face of Garage Buddy on the ground — demonstrating the product, understanding garage needs, and closing deals.

This role is commission-driven, with strong earning potential:

  • Commission paid per successful sale
  • Ongoing revenue share from subscriptions you bring in

As we grow, this role is designed to evolve into a Commercial Manager / Sales Leadership position, where you’ll help shape our go-to-market strategy and potentially lead a wider sales team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
