Whether you’re a private client or a business accessing our corporate services, you can rely on a clear, consistent service from your Financial Planner and from our experienced teams.

About the Role

As an Acquisition Analyst, you will support Attivo’s strategic growth plans by researching, assessing and progressing potential acquisition opportunities.

You will provide high-quality financial analysis, due diligence support and clear recommendations to help the business evaluate potential acquisition targets, understand associated risks and strategic fit, and make informed decisions in line with Attivo’s acquisition objectives.

You will own the financial modelling process for newly introduced acquisitions and work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals to support the effective progression and delivery of transactions.

This role can be based at our Cheltenham, London or Reading office, with hybrid working available.

About You

You will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a similar mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, transaction support or investment analysis role. You will have a sound understanding of financial accounting principles, valuation techniques and financial modelling, together with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial, commercial and operational information.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
