Property & Studio Acquisitions Manager
Film, TV & Events
Location: Farringdon, London
Salary: £40,000 / £50,000 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
About the Company
Our client is a specialist property sourcing agency operating at the heart of the media and entertainment industry. They connect high end properties, land and studios with major film, TV and event productions, working on projects for some of the biggest names in global entertainment, including brands such as Netflix, Amazon, Apple and Disney.
The Role
An exciting opportunity for a motivated, commercially minded property professional to lead on sourcing and acquiring new properties, land and development opportunities for filming and events. You'll play a critical role in expanding the company's location library, covering everything from high end residential homes to industrial spaces and large scale studios.

This is a fast paced, entrepreneurial role where success is directly rewarded through an uncapped commission structure, working closely with the Director on high profile acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source new commercial properties (warehouses, offices, industrial units) for filming and event use
- Identify and pursue new land and studio development opportunities across Greater London and the South East
- Conduct market research on industrial and land availability, including off market leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, agents and asset managers
- Match sourced opportunities with client production needs
- Support wider business objectives by identifying freehold and development prospects
What You'll Bring
- A proactive, deal focused mindset and strong self starter mentality
- Confidence communicating via phone and email
- A demonstrated ability to source and convert new property leads
- Familiarity with tools such as LandInsight and Promap (or a willingness to learn)
- Ideally degree educated in a property or media related field
- A genuine passion for both property and media
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
