Acquisitions Manager | Home Buying Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Acquisitions Manager | Home Buying Specialist based in United Kingdom.
This is a high-impact sales role at the heart of a fast-moving real estate acquisitions team.
You’ll connect directly with property sellers, build trust, assess opportunities, and guide deals from initial conversation through closing.
Your sales expertise will be central to negotiating attractive agreements while creating a positive experience for sellers.
The role is designed for proven high-ticket sales professionals, including those transitioning into real estate from other industries.
You’ll work closely with marketing and closing teams while staying informed on market trends and property values.
With uncapped commission potential and structured onboarding support, the position rewards initiative, strong negotiation, and consistent performance.
It’s a fully remote opportunity for an ambitious closer who wants significant ownership and earning potential.
Accountabilities
- Engage with seller leads generated through marketing initiatives, building rapport and establishing trust throughout the sales process.
- Assess properties and gather relevant information to support accurate valuations and informed acquisition decisions.
- Lead negotiations with property sellers, applying strong sales and persuasion skills to structure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage deals from initial qualification through contract execution, ensuring a smooth transition to the closing team.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, acquisitions, and closing colleagues to keep transactions progressing efficiently.
- Maintain strong communication with sellers throughout the process, delivering a professional and memorable experience.
- Monitor real estate market conditions, trends, and relevant opportunities to strengthen competitiveness and decision-making.
- Build lasting relationships with sellers while consistently working toward acquisition, revenue, and performance targets.

Requirements
- At least 2 years of successful high-ticket sales experience, ideally within real estate, luxury goods, financial services, or another high-value sales environment.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and consistently closing complex or high-value deals.
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities, with confidence guiding prospects toward a decision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a natural ability to establish rapport and build trusted relationships.
- Strong self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms and modern sales technology to manage leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining ownership of your deals.
- A real estate license is welcome but not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are a plus.
