Acquisitions Partner
Due to continued success and growth, Envisage Dental have an exciting opportunity for an Acquisitions Partner. You will join our ambitious and high-performing team, reporting to our Head of Acquisitions.
You’ll play a crucial role in supporting the group’s strategic growth by identifying and nurturing long-term relationships with private dental practice owners, creating acquisition opportunities that support the company's growth strategy. Success in this role comes from developing trust, understanding practice owners' ambitions, and positioning Envisage Dental as their preferred partner when they decide to sell, whether that decision is months or years away.
Envisage Dental are a fast-growing dental group specialising in acquiring high-quality private dental clinics. We are a B Corp certified organisation, founded in 2014 by husband-and-wife team Harry Gill and Dr Sandy Dau, and are proud to be redefining group dentistry by using our business as a force for good.
Your work will directly impact the continued success and expansion of our group, helping us connect with clinics that align with our values and high standards. This is a highly relationship-led role requiring regular travel to meet practice owners, attend networking events, and proactively develop a high-quality acquisition pipeline.
Typical Activities
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with Principal Dentists across your allocated territory.
- Develop both short and long-term acquisition opportunities through consistent, personalised relationship management.
- Identify and prioritise high-value acquisition targets using market knowledge, competitor intelligence and internal data.
- Meet practice owners face-to-face to understand their personal and business objectives.
- Represent Envisage Dental at trade shows, conferences, networking events and industry meetings to expand your network.
- Develop and manage a structured territory plan, ensuring high-potential practices are actively engaged and mapped.
- Maintain exceptional CRM discipline, ensuring Salesforce contains accurate, detailed and up-to-date pipeline information.
- Continuously develop the database by identifying and filling information gaps to improve market coverage.
- Communicate regularly with prospective partners through tailored email outreach and proactive follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Acquisitions to progress qualified opportunities through the acquisition process.
- Monitor market intelligence and competitor activity to identify emerging acquisition opportunities.

What Success Looks Like (Your First 12 Months)
- Pipeline Build: Establish a high-quality, well-managed and highly visible acquisition pipeline.
- Brand Presence: Become a recognised, trusted and credible contact within your designated territory.
- Deal Delivery: Complete or achieve Heads of Terms on 5 practice acquisitions, representing an outstanding first-year performance.
- Data Excellence: Maintain high CRM data quality, clear next steps and complete territory coverage.
Skills and Abilities You'll Need to Be Successful
- A natural relationship builder who excels at interpersonal communication and building trust through genuine connection rather than high-pressure sales techniques.
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen and confidence engaging directly with business owners, CEOs and senior decision-makers.
- Highly organised with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent time management and the ability to work independently.
- A confident communicator with a warm, professional and persuasive style, particularly when crafting personalised email outreach.
- Resilient, patient and naturally curious, with a focus on long-term relationship development over transactional wins.
- A structured planner who can execute a repeatable territory business development process while remaining adaptable.
- Tech-savvy, or willing to learn, including Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn, Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Proactive and happy to travel regularly across your territory to meet prospective partners.
