Confidential mandate | London / Ruislip | Regional UK remit
I’m currently retained on a confidential search for a senior property acquisitions professional to join one of the UK’s most successful and established multi-site operators.
This is not a traditional acquisitions role.
The successful individual will have genuine ownership of the property pipeline — identifying opportunities, shaping the acquisition strategy, negotiating transactions and ultimately helping determine where and how the business expands its estate.
The geographical remit covers:
- London
- Midlands
- East Anglia
- M4 Corridor
- South Wales
The role combines new site acquisition with wider commercial property investment, covering a mixture of in-town, roadside and drive-thru opportunities.
The mandate
I’m looking to speak with experienced property professionals who have a strong track record of:

- Sourcing and securing new sites
- Leading acquisitions from identification through to completion
- Negotiating freehold and leasehold transactions
- Building strong relationships with agents, developers and landlords
- Assessing site viability, financials, planning and due diligence
- Managing a substantial acquisition pipeline
- Presenting investment recommendations to senior leadership / Board
Background
The ideal profile is likely to come from a multi-site property environment, with experience across sectors such as:
- Retail
- F&B
- Hospitality
- Leisure
- Roadside
- Commercial Property
MRICS is preferred, alongside 10+ years' relevant experience.
Experience with drive-thru / roadside development would be particularly relevant.
