ACT / SAT Test Prep Instructor

What You Would Do Each Day:
- Teach!
- Collaborate with the Director of Test Prep in order to generate and execute specific plans for each student. All of our work is customized and tailored to the individual student.
- Assist the Director with the development of Test Prep curriculum and other special projects
- Attend client-specific case review meetings and convey feedback from sessions to the Director of Test Prep while maintaining confidentiality and security of client information
- Interact with other departments in the organization, such as the Educational Therapy Department, to ensure coordinated service provision
- Work 12:30pm to 9pm Monday through Thursday, and 11am to 7:30pm on Sundays
The Individuals Who We Typically Hire For This Role:
- Have tutoring experience or an interest in pursuing a career in the field of education
- Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, show attention to detail, and exhibit the drive help students succeed
- Enjoy building relationships with students and respond to the needs of teenagers in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
Education
- Undergraduate degree transcript that demonstrates mastery within your field of study
