About Kuerion & The DNA

Kuerion is an ambitious B2B platform built to replace slow commercial discovery, disjointed collaboration, and rigid contract execution between enterprise entities. Moving beyond traditional back-office tools, kuerion provides a modern network to connect, streamline, and organize global business relationships — fundamentally transforming how transactions between organizations are executed.

The founder has comprehensively defined kuerion's long-term vision and B2B market strategy, alongside a technical architecture blueprint, platform ecosystem and process specifications, a defined design system, and an established brand identity.

The kuerion DNA: If you are driven to challenge the status quo, transform global industries, and build an extraordinary tech company from zero to one; if you are an out-of-the-box thinker who combines big-picture strategic ambition with disciplined, hands-on technical execution — you belong here.

The Partnership & Technical Leadership

Kuerion is seeking its technical counterpart and technical partner. This is an invitation for a senior technologist to shape the platform architecture from the ground up, lead hands-on development, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Founder across both technical and commercial domains.

Core Responsibilities & System Architecture

  • Foundational Architecture & Build: Personally architect, build, and deploy kuerion’s core platform architecture. Ensure foundational components — including dynamic database schemas, secure multi-tenant data isolation, collaborative workspaces, and scalable intelligence engines — are designed for high-performance scale.
  • Co-Creator Mindset & Technical Ownership: Partner directly with the Founder as a true co-creator to own the technical product roadmap, continuously driving innovation and expanding kuerion’s ecosystem capabilities.
  • Hands-On Code & Future Engineering Leadership: Possess the deep engineering mastery to write pristine, scalable code today, combined with the executive presence and authority to recruit, vet, and manage an elite engineering organization post-funding.
  • Strategic Roadmap Design: Translate an expansive market vision into an elegant, un-bloated technical roadmap — knowing exactly what to prioritize for initial deployment versus what to architect for future expansion.
  • Investor & Commercial Presence: Function as one of the two core faces of the business. Co-author technical whitepapers and actively participate in venture capital fundraising pitches, translating technical architecture and proprietary moats into compelling investor narratives.
  • Security & System Integrity: Embed zero-trust enterprise data isolation, high-throughput performance, and robust API connectivity into the platform’s underlying DNA.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Candidate Profile

This role is explicitly structured for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Lead System Architect, or Engineering Lead capable of combining raw engineering execution with commercial maturity:

  • Architectural Pedigree: Proven track record of architecting complex web platforms, multi-tenant B2B systems, or real-time collaborative applications using modern ecosystems (e.g., React/Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js/Python/Go, PostgreSQL, Redis, cloud infrastructure).
  • Venture Drive & Hands-On Focus: The personal bandwidth and determination to invest intensive sweat equity into building a high-impact enterprise platform, with full comfort rolling up your sleeves for direct technical build work during Year 1.
  • Commercial Acumen: An executive mindset that articulates complex technical vision clearly — both conceptually and visually — to investors, enterprise clients, and future team members.
  • Domain Awareness: Conceptual understanding of the RFx domain, enterprise procurement, or B2B commercial marketplaces is advantageous, but secondary to exceptional engineering leadership.
  • Values & Personal Alignment: Uncompromising personal integrity, high ethical standards, and a commitment to trust and mutual respect. An executive technical partnership requires deep chemistry, shared principles, and strategic trust.

Compensation & Partnership Structure (Unpaid Pre-Funding / Equity-First)

Kuerion is operating prior to outside institutional capital, so there is no base salary initially. That being said, this is an Equity-First Track designed for a partner who wants true Executive Technical ownership from Day 1.

  • Equity Allocation: The incoming technical partner will receive a meaningful partner-level ordinary-share equity stake, granted in full on Day 1, ensuring true alignment rather than options or phantom equity.
  • Protection & Vesting: These shares are held under a formal share restriction and vesting agreement. Rather than standard time-based vesting, shares vest in discrete tranches tied to clear, externally verifiable milestones — spanning key platform delivery and financing stages — with customary leaver provisions protecting both parties and the company's long-term value.
  • Remuneration Transition: A base salary will commence upon the closing of the company's first institutional financing round, scaling in defined stages with each subsequent round towards full executive-level compensation.
  • Acting CTO Partner Evolution: The position initiates as Acting CTO & Technical Partner to allow both sides a structured, mutual evaluation period under real startup conditions. Evolution into permanent CTO status and formal Board representation is tied directly to shared operational alignment, platform execution, and milestone delivery.
  • Working Model: This is a hybrid role with a strong in-person component. Given the close founder–CTO partnership at this stage, candidates should be based in or within easy reach of London. An initial period of predominantly in-person work is expected to support onboarding and knowledge transfer, with the flexibility to evolve thereafter.

(Note: kuerion is operating in partial stealth. Architectural documentation and detailed product mechanics will be shared selectively under NDA as candidate discussions progress.)
