Company Overview
Condé Nast is a global media company, home to iconic brands including Vogue, GQ, Glamour, CN Traveller, Vanity Fair, Wired, The World of Interiors, House & Garden and Tatler, among many others.
We are headquartered in New York and London and operate in 32 markets worldwide, with a footprint of more than 1 billion consumers across print, digital, video and social platforms.
Condé Nast thrives on collaboration, and our teams come together in the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday).
We value diversity of background, views and cultures. We celebrate people for their personal qualities, skills and contributions, recognising the power our brands have to influence and shape culture.
About the Role
Condé Nast Traveller is seeking a creative and culturally attuned acting digital features editor to shape ambitious, agenda-setting editorial across our digital platforms.
Working closely with the digital director, digital editor and wider editorial team, the digital features editor will commission, edit and write original features that capture the online zeitgeist while remaining true to Condé Nast Traveller's authority and distinctive voice. From emerging travel behaviours and global cultural shifts to the world's most exciting new hotels, restaurants and destinations, you'll identify the stories people will be talking about next – and tell them in a way only Condé Nast Traveller can.
This is a role for an ideas-led editor with exceptional editorial judgement, a strong network of writers and industry contacts, and a proven ability to create content that resonates across search, social, newsletters and Google Discover. You'll think beyond individual stories to develop original editorial franchises, work collaboratively across print, social, video and commercial teams, and help shape the future direction of Condé Nast Traveller's digital content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
