Your Role: Activation Executive

As a Activation Executive At Global, You Will

  • The Activation Executive will work alongside and support Activation Managers generating revenue for key clients across their specialist agencies.
  • The Activation Executive will be responsible for a series of tasks from responding to day to day briefs to coordinating detail for our Specialist partners such as competitive analysis, overshow and playout reports, organising site tours, requesting and sharing campaign photography, updating internal databases and use of Global/industry planning tools.

  • Understand the key challenges and issues your customers face and ensure that your team are helping to provide solutions to these challenges to ensure we are perceived as a key partner. (50%)
  • Ensure you deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business. This will include forecasting for your business on a three-monthly rolling basis and working closely with the Group Activation Manager and Agency team to ensure the delivery of weekly targets. (25%)
  • Understand and contribute to delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets across your sales team and floor. (25%)

What Success Looks Like

In your first few months, you’ll have:

  • Demonstrated a strong understanding of all Global products and environments and able to clearly articulate the sales benefits of each.
  • Understand the wider Global and DAXO portfolio
  • Build strong relationships and rapport with your key contacts at Specialists
  • Fostered a relationship with your internal teams and built an efficient way of working
  • Use internal systems effectively

  • An interest in the UK media marketplace.
  • Proactive sales approach and able to deliver creative and innovative solutions
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Resilient and flexible individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the key challenges we face commercially and how we may overcome these
