About The Team & The Role
We are partnering with a premier global media agency to find an agile and highly strategic Activation Manager. In this pivotal role, you will ensure excellence in campaign activation by managing the operations of a specific segment of the agency's dynamic digital activities. You will collaborate closely with the Activation Associate Director to align on key business objectives, elevate best practices, and deliver exceptional results.
This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful impact for top-tier clients while overseeing a talented team of onshore and offshore activation specialists. What You Will Do
Campaign Strategy & Optimization
- Manage the complete lifecycle of campaign management for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Approve and launch campaigns, design robust testing strategies, and provide strategic input for continuous optimization.
- Lead strategic planning and technical forecasting, with a focus on fulfilling client briefs and enhancing monetization strategies.
Operational Leadership & Problem Solving
- Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, ensuring seamless communication of campaign insights and performance metrics.
- Oversee and guide a team of both onshore and offshore activation specialists to consistently meet and exceed client expectations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, facilitate prompt problem resolution, and ensure accurate financial reporting.

What You Bring to the Table
Industry Expertise: Demonstrated experience in Advertising Operations, Programmatic Trading, or Campaign Management.
Technical Mastery: Strong familiarity with multiple DSPs (exposure to SSPs is highly advantageous), coupled with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Analytical Mindset: A deep understanding of online advertising, ad targeting, and optimization metrics driven by a highly data-driven approach.
Professional Agility: Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of expertise.
