Activations Executive – National Beer Brand – London – Up to £30,000 plus package

I am excited to once again be partnered with a national BEER brand that is accelerating at a rapid speed. A key player in festivals and events, this brand has exposure across the On Trade and Off Trade having listed with multiple National groups and Top 4 Grocers!

We’re looking for an energetic, commercially minded Activations Executive to join a leading national beer business and help bring some of the country’s best-loved beer brands to life across London.

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the London on-trade, with a focus on brand visibility, events, in-venue activations and day-to-day account management. You’ll be out in the market, building strong relationships with customers and venues, spotting opportunities and making sure our brands stand out wherever consumers enjoy a beer.

Why Join This Company?

  • Work in a supportive and ambitious team that values innovation and creativity.
  • Opportunity to grow with us as we scale our operations and expand our impact.
  • Competitive salary and bonuses
  • £50 wellness credit, flexibility for schedule.

Activations Executive responsibilities include:

  • Delivering impactful in-venue brand activations across pubs, bars, restaurants and other key on-trade accounts.
  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with venue owners, operators, managers and key customer contacts.
  • Supporting and delivering events, sampling activity, launches and experiential campaigns across London.
  • Driving brand visibility through excellent execution of POS, merchandising, displays and promotional activity.
  • Managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring strong day-to-day communication and follow-up.
  • Identifying new opportunities to grow brand presence and consumer engagement across the London on-trade.
  • Working closely with sales, marketing and wider commercial teams to turn brand plans into activity that works in the real world.
  • Monitoring activity in market, gathering customer and consumer feedback and sharing insights with the wider business.
  • Managing activation budgets and ensuring activity is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Being a visible and passionate ambassador for our brands wherever you go.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
