Make Every Day Meaningful
We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and creative Activities Co-ordinator to join our friendly team at Chapel Lane.
In this rewarding role, you'll help create enjoyable and meaningful experiences for older people, including those living with dementia. From arts and crafts and music sessions to games, gentle exercise, celebrations, and community outings, you'll support residents to stay active, connected, and engaged.
No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference by planning activities that reflect each resident's interests, abilities, and life experiences.
£12.71 per hour
Permanent contract - 20 to 36 hours per week, with contracted hours to be discussed and agreed at interview.

What We're Looking For
- A caring, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Creativity and confidence to lead group and one-to-one activities.
- An interest in working with elderly people and people living with dementia.
- Previous experience in a care or activities role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
