Clarendon Care Services Ltd is a forward-thinking and growing organisation with established residential and nursing homes across the Midlands. We pride ourselves on providing residents with the highest standards of care by employing people who bring compassion, kindness and commitment to their work.
We're looking for a creative and caring Activities Coordinator to join our friendly, dedicated team and help residents enjoy meaningful activities, companionship and opportunities to pursue their interests.
Your role
- Pay: £12.71 per hour
- Contracted hours: 30 hours per week
- Location: St Johns Street, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 8QT
Working alongside the care team, you will organise and deliver activities and events tailored to residents' interests, abilities and individual needs. You will:

- Plan a varied programme of group activities, celebrations and one-to-one sessions.
- Support residents to enjoy their hobbies, maintain social connections and explore new interests.
- Listen to residents and use their ideas to shape the activities programme.
- Adapt activities so residents can take part in ways that suit them.
- Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels included.
Whether it's music, arts and crafts, games or a quiet conversation, your enthusiasm and creativity can give residents something to look forward to.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience is welcome but not always necessary. We'll support you with training and career development. What matters most is your desire to care and make a positive difference to older people's lives.
