Activities Coordinator

Location: Watlington and District Nursing Home, Oxfordshire

Salary: £14.59 per hour | Contract: 36 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging activities to support residents’ physical, mental, and social wellbeing
  • Get to know each resident as an individual and tailor activities to their preferences and enjoyment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive, inclusive, and fun atmosphere
  • Encourage engagement from residents, their families, and the wider community
  • Bring creativity and fresh ideas to enhance daily life within the home
