Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator – Part Time

Now we’re looking for a creative, energetic, and compassionate Activities & Wellbeing Coordinator to bring light, laughter, and life to our wonderful residents at Amherst Court.
What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t just be planning activities—you’ll be creating moments that matter. From sparking nostalgia with music and games to encouraging movement, connection, and creativity, you’ll turn ordinary days into extraordinary ones.

Your Role Will Include
- Designing and leading person-centred activities that reflect residents’ interests and personalities
- Encouraging independence, purpose, and joy through music, art, gardening, exercise, and community outings
- Working closely with families, volunteers, and colleagues to ensure every resident feels valued, seen, and heard
What You’ll Bring
- A warm, caring personality and a genuine passion for making a difference
- Energy, imagination, and a knack for making people smile
- Experience in activity planning or recreation (and if you’ve got NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, that’s a big plus!)
