Job Title: Activity Leader
English Path is a rapidly growing international language school delivering immersive English, French, and German learning experiences across the UK, Europe, North America, and the Middle East.
About the Role:
The Activity Leader plays a key role in the success of English Path Young Learner programmes by ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and engagement of international students. The role involves planning and delivering educational, cultural, sporting, and recreational activities while helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and immersive English-speaking environment.
Please Note: This will be a Temporary position for the duration of our upcoming camp commencing 24th October - 15th November.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and supervision of students at all times.
- Prepare and deliver cultural, sporting, recreational, and educational activities.
- Accompany and supervise students during excursions and off-site activities.
- Support students during daily programme activities, including meal times.
- Encourage student participation and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience.
- Promote the use of English throughout activities and daily interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and ensure effective communication and handovers.
- Report any incidents, behavioral concerns, safety issues, or safeguarding matters promptly.
- Ensure students follow programme rules and English Path procedures.
- Represent English Path professionally at all times.
- Comply with safeguarding, health, and safety requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of student, family, and company information.
