Part-Time
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has the ability to develop and co-ordinate a stimulating and relevant range of activities for our older clients in Brent & Harrow, some of whom have extra care support needs.
- Develop and co-ordinate a stimulating range of activities for our clients which you will develop in a guiding and supportive manner.
- Develop these activities collaboratively, ensuring that you meet clients’ goals, improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion.
This is a fulfilling and fun-filled role, with a large scope for personal and professional development.
Role Requirements:
- Proactive and creative person with the patience and warmth required when working in social care.
- Approachable, with a kind and effervescent disposition.
- Ability to work alone using your own initiative as well as enjoying working in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the local community in Brent and Harrow will be advantageous.

Role Details:
- Part time role of 20 hours spread across 3-4 days a week, generally within the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Expectation to work on some evenings and weekends, so flexibility will be required.
