Location: Brent, London

Position Type: Part-Time


We are a nationwide charity providing support and care to older people in the vibrant boroughs of Brent and Harrow. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has the ability to develop and co-ordinate a stimulating and relevant range of activities for our clients. You will be developing activities in a collaborative manner ensuring that they meet clients’ goals, improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion.


Role Description:

  • Develop these activities in a guiding and supportive manner.
  • Work collaboratively to meet clients’ goals, improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion.

Key Requirements:

  • Proactive and creative with patience and warmth.
  • Approachable, with a kind and effervescent disposition.
  • Ability to work alone using your own initiative and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the local community in Brent and Harrow is advantageous.

Working Conditions:

  • Based across our services in Brent and Harrow.
  • Working hours will be spread across 3-4 days a week, generally within the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Flexibility required to work on some evenings and weekends.
