Role Description
The Actress role is an on-site position based in London, working closely with the Independent Consultant on project-related media, training, and communication initiatives. Day-to-day tasks may include:
- Performing in scripted video content
- Training scenarios
- Role-play exercises
- Internal communications pieces that support change management and stakeholder engagement
The role involves interpreting scripts or briefing notes, collaborating with project teams and clients, and adapting performances to suit different sectors such as financial services, utilities, and health. The Actress will also:

Qualifications
- Strong performance skills, including acting for camera and live presentations, with the ability to interpret scripts and direction effectively.
- Experience in corporate, training, or educational media, particularly in business or public sector environments.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with project managers and clients.
- Professionalism, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to different roles, scenarios, and industry contexts.
- Comfort working on-site in London, including participation in rehearsals, workshops, and recording sessions.
- Relevant training or education in acting, performing arts, or a related discipline is beneficial.
- Familiarity with or interest in sectors such as financial services, utilities, or health services is an advantage.
