Office locations: Belfast 2-3x/week
A leading Belfast-based pensions consultancy is expanding its actuarial team to support an ongoing influx of client work. The work centres around proactive client service, delivering core actuarial calculations, and modelling for a varied portfolio of DB schemes.

The role:
- Actuarial valuations, member benefit calculations, and bespoke models
- Drafting reports and presentations for Trustees and sponsoring employers
- Working with specialist actuarial systems, alongside Excel modelling
- Supporting internal consultancy projects
- Proactively communicating with internal senior stakeholders, clients, and external bodies
The individual:
- 2 years minimum experience in UK DB pensions (consultancy or in-house)
- Student of IFoA, making progress through exams (study support offered)
- 2:1 degree, ideally Actuarial Science
- Strong MS Excel skills, VBA/ Python experience is a bonus
