The team continue to regularly attract and win new schemes into Enplan with further information on our Platform page here: [Enplan - Isio](Enplan - Isio)

We advise on everything from helping trustees and sponsors to manage their defined benefit plans from routine actuarial valuations, to complex technical projects regarding benefit rectification work, GMP equalisation, insurance and end-game planning, in addition to supporting our clients with alternative reward and pension provision.

What does the role entail?

As a challenger in the industry, we are looking for individuals with excellent pensions consulting and technical skills, a commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Responsible for the delivery of client work to the Scheme Actuary or senior colleague – including managing timescales, stakeholders and budgets.
  • Supporting with the delivery of actuarial advice to Entrust – this may include managing key client projects directly, or with support.
  • As well as being involved in the technical aspects of projects, this will also involve working with and building relationships with Entrust and the scheme sponsors directly, working as part of a team and developing those around you.

Enplan schemes vary significantly in size, therefore in your role, you will have numerous opportunities to engage and consult with schemes varying in asset size from as little as £1m to over £200m.

Where Is The Role

The schemes within Enplan are serviced by a dedicated team within Isio with hubs based in Manchester and Scotland. Our Manchester team is the bigger of the two hubs with around 30 people supporting the proposition, including six Scheme Actuaries. The Manchester hub also includes ten Actuarial Analysts whose role is to support the Assistant Managers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
