Where other people see limitations, we see potential. What will you see?

Every career starts with a single step, but where that step takes you is entirely up to you. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a mind for numbers, your next adventure could be closer than you think.

We are hosting our first-ever Go Beyond – Your Pathway to an Actuarial Career Insight Day on 16th September 2026 at our London office.

This exclusive, in-person day is designed specifically to grant access and insight for final-year university graduates with priority for those from lower socio-economic backgrounds who want to learn how to turn risk into exciting opportunities.

Who we are

We work on topics today for a better and more sustainable tomorrow.

We are one of the top providers of reinsurance, primary insurance, and insurance-related risk solutions in the world. By turning uncertainty into manageable risk, we enable fundamental change.

What is an Actuary at Munich Re?

Actuaries are the ultimate problem solvers. At Munich Re, we use mathematical skills to measure probability, price future risks, and pioneer digital innovation. Whether you join our life insurance team (UK Life Branch) or general insurance team (Great Lakes), you won’t just be crunching numbers, you’ll be helping the world advance with confidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
