Location: Manchester and Scotland are the team hubs, but you can be based in any UK office on a hybrid basis
Salary: Up to £80,000 base, plus a generous bonus. May flex for the right person
I am working with a leading consultancy to recruit an Actuarial Manager for their award-winning Pension Consolidation platform, which is one of the fastest-growing consolidators in the market. Managing over 60 schemes, this dedicated specialist team is expanding rapidly due to a steady influx of new business!

The role:
- Lead the delivery of advice and manage projects for a diverse portfolio of schemes ranging from £1m to over £200m AUM
- Act as a direct point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and working collaboratively across teams
- Assist in securing new business and identifying commercial opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Supervise project workflows and play an active role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues
The individual:
- FIA/FFA Qualified Actuary with UK DB pensions experience, gained at a competitor consultancy (4-8 years)
- Strong project management and client delivery experience
- A commercial outlook, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the motivation to solve complex problems
- Qualified Scheme Actuary, or those with the desire to pursue qualification, would be advantageous
