Actuarial Reporting Manager | UK | Hybrid

We’re currently working with a leading insurance business looking to appoint a Qualified Actuary into an Actuarial Reporting Manager position.

This is a broad role combining actuarial reporting, capital management, stakeholder engagement, and Finance transformation, making it a strong opportunity for an actuary looking to expand their commercial exposure.

The Role

The role will involve:

  • Leading actuarial and financial reporting across Solvency II, UK GAAP, and US GAAP.
  • Owning monthly reporting, balance sheet, and P&L analysis and regulatory submissions.
  • Providing actuarial insight to senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Supporting capital forecasting and wider financial management.
  • Driving improvements across reporting processes, systems, and methodologies.
  • Contributing to major Finance transformation and change initiatives.
  • Coaching and supporting actuarial trainees and junior colleagues.

We’re Looking For:

  • A Qualified Actuary from a Life, GI, or Pensions background.
  • Strong analytical and reporting experience.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Advanced Excel capability.
  • An interest in process improvement, technology, and Finance transformation.
  • Experience with RAFM, Unify, or similar actuarial systems would be advantageous.
