We’re representing a progressive, independent insurance broking group that has grown through steady acquisition and a strong reputation for doing things properly. The business combines modern systems and infrastructure with a grounded, professional culture – one where senior management are approachable, involved, and genuinely support their teams.

They are now seeking an Acturis Superuser to play an important part in the firm’s continued growth and integration plans.

This is a role for someone who enjoys the technical side of broking – particularly Acturis – and wants to use that experience in a broader capacity, supporting multiple offices and teams.

The Role

  • Support the smooth onboarding of newly acquired businesses onto Acturis.
  • Visit offices across the UK to train, guide and support local teams on best practice.
  • Provide ongoing help to Acturis users across SME, property owners, retail and motor fleet business.
  • Help teams use Acturis efficiently to deliver consistent client outcomes and meet compliance standards.
  • Work closely with senior management to identify and improve processes across the group.
  • When not travelling, you can work from home or one of the group’s regional offices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
