Acturis Support & Configuration Analyst
Remote – UK Wide | Insurance Broking / MGA
Are you the person everyone in your broking team comes to when they have an Acturis question?
We’re working with a large UK insurance broking and MGA group looking to add someone to its specialist operations support team focusing on the Acturis platform.
You do not need to already work in an Acturis support or configuration role. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Handler, Broker, Technician or Operations professional who knows Acturis inside out and would like to take their career in a more systems and technical direction, rather than continuing to process and service business.
The role
Working as part of the wider Retail Operations function, you’ll provide first-line Acturis support to users across businesses throughout the UK, helping resolve issues and identify ways the system and its configuration can work better for them.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day Acturis support to users by phone and email
- Troubleshooting queries and resolving system issues
- Supporting configuration changes across different Acturis environments
- Working with Acturis and other third parties to resolve issues and change requests
- Supporting migrations and integrations, particularly as new businesses join the group
- Providing on-site support to new groups of Acturis users when required
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, configuration and system functionality
- Helping maintain user guidance and support resources
The role combines business knowledge with systems support, problem solving and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
We're much more interested in your knowledge of Acturis and how it's actually used within an insurance business than whether you've previously held a systems-support job title.

You'll ideally bring:
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Acturis
- Experience within insurance broking, an MGA or a similar insurance environment
- A good understanding of insurance processes and operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- The ability to communicate with users and stakeholders at different levels
- An interest in developing your knowledge of systems, configuration and technology
Working expectations
- 🏠 Fully remote anywhere in the UK
- 🏢 Option to work from one of the group's local offices if preferred
- 🚗 Occasional UK travel, including supporting integrations following acquisitions
