A&D Account Manager
Job Title: A&D Account Manager – High Quality Office Furniture / Monitor Arms
Industry Sector: Workplace / Ergonomics / Workspace / Office / Commercial / A&D / Specification Sales
Area to be covered: London inside M25
Remuneration: £55,000 - £65,000 (Neg. Depending on Experience)
- £10k - 20k Commission (Paid Monthly) Based on Team Performance

ROLE:
- Responsible for sales of high end and high quality manufactured ergonomic seating, furniture, monitor arms, lighting and holistic full package office solutions
- Securing commercial high end workplace projects sometimes involving working with large corporate end users
- 100% focus on contacting and generating business with Architects and Interior Designers
- Taking over and managing around 12 -15 existing Top A&D Client relationship
- Expand relationships within existing A&D Client base
- Whilst also generating new relationships and organically growing existing accounts
- Liaising with the commercial trade team to ensure projects are taken from specification through to completion
- Updating CRM & Liaising with other Sales Channels & Account Managers
- Covering a territory which will incorporate the whole of London inside the M25 predominantly focussed on central London

EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrable track record of securing specifications with Architects & Designers
- Contact base of Architects & Interior Designers in London
- Experienced in sales of high end aesthetically pleasing products such as: loose furniture, office furniture, commercial furniture, seating, tiles, flooring, commercial carpet, wallcoverings, partitions, paint, natural stone, suspended ceilings, commercial furniture or related interior specified products
- Ideally some experience of working with sustainable products / materials
- From A&D Sales or Design Background currently
- Comfortable with working as part of a team environment
- Looking for a long term career opportunity where you can develop and progress
- Capable of new business generation and expanding existing relationships
- Personable, creative, passionate, dynamic, enthusiastic and genuine ‘get up and go’
