StoreBoost are looking for a Digital Ad Operations Executive

StoreBoost are looking for a digital ad operations executive to ensure excellent project delivery across their ad campaigns. This is a fantastic and challenging opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a small company that is rapidly growing. We are a real-time marketing specialist that builds digital products to deliver dynamic advertising across outdoor channels. We are currently focused on the retail sector providing proximity advertising for retailers and brands such as Boots, Westfield, L’Oreal, Three, and Michael Kors.

Role

We are looking for someone with experience in digital delivery management and a broad knowledge of the digital landscape. Your background could be in any digital marketing channel that involves delivery of digital assets or as a recent marketing graduate. As part of the role you will support the management of our footfall data set-ups which is a key USP of StoreBoost. You will be a team player who can help us be proud of our delivery and build processes that enable expansion of our services.

  • Responsibility for each campaign through production, delivery, and live stages
  • Involvement in initial scoping conversations with client teams and creative agencies
  • Manage the production of campaigns that typically have a 2-6 week development cycle
  • Planning creative development and documenting technical feasibilities
  • Receipt and initial QA of all project assets (video files, PSDs, etc.)
  • Management of design and asset optimisation as per campaign requirements
  • Management and support of our proprietary footfall data and sensors in the platform
  • Ad setup on StoreBoost platform and QA of final delivery assets
  • Liaison with media owners for delivery and approval of campaigns
  • Monitoring campaigns post delivery and generating campaign reports

Requirements

  • Good communicator – internally and externally
  • Digital proficiency across industry standard software
  • Planned and organised with attention to detail
  • Analytical and numerate with an ability to interpret data
  • Resilient and responds calmly and positively to challenging situations
  • Able to adapt to changing circumstances and new opportunities
