Ad Operations Manager
6-Month Contract
London
Hybrid Working (3 days in London office)
Rate: £280-£310 per day
We're supporting a leading global entertainment business in their search for an experienced Ad Operations Manager to join a high-performing advertising operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across Account Management, Sales and Operations teams to ensure campaigns are launched successfully, delivered effectively and supported throughout their lifecycle.
The role
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously
- Oversee campaign setup, readiness checks and successful launches
- Monitor campaign delivery and proactively identify potential risks
- Partner closely with Account Management teams to support agency and client needs
- Use dashboards, reporting tools and campaign systems to track performance and progress
- Troubleshoot campaign challenges and coordinate resolutions with internal teams
- Escalate operational issues where required and drive solutions
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and in line with client expectations
- Work cross-functionally with a range of internal stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

About you
- 5+ years' experience within Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Demand Management or Digital Advertising
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from setup and trafficking through to delivery and optimisation
- Experience working closely with Account Management teams is essential
- Background within a large-scale streaming platform, broadcaster, media organisation, advertising technology business or global technology company
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, reporting and performance metrics
- Experience using advertising platforms, DSPs, ad servers, CRM systems and reporting tools - Jira would be a plus!
- Ability to identify delivery risks, troubleshoot issues and escalate effectively
- Experience working across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable operating in environments with changing priorities
