About Smadex
Smadex is a leading advertising technology company founded in Barcelona in 2010 and sold to American-based and stock-listed Entravision in 2018 (NYSE::EVC). We power campaigns for Apps, Games and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results. Smadex is one of the fastest growing DSPs and we are adding talent to fuel our ambitious plans.
About the Role
To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for an Ad Operations Senior Manager to bring their expertise to our Ad Operations team.
This position is a hybrid role based in London, Barcelona, or Berlin.
Your Mission
Partnering directly with the EMEA AdOps Associate Director, you will set the standard for operational excellence, proactivity, and accountability day-to-day. As the senior escalation point, you will own technical and operational risk mitigation, troubleshooting, and budget protection—grounding every decision in data and statistical rigor. Smadex is growing, and we are looking for someone who has experienced contributing in a scaling team before, to challenge the status quo and help us reach the next level.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
