Ad-Ops Manager
3 Month Contract
Inside IR35 £250 - £350 P/D (DOE)
Hybrid Working
We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately make an impact. This will be both in terms of applying industry knowledge (and sharing this with the team) to manage key tagging, trafficking, data, measurement, and partner relationships in order to drive campaign efficiency and develop leading technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Lead the trafficking, QA, and technical implementation of digital campaigns using Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and other relevant ad serving platforms
- Establish/refine processes and training parameters to ensure flawless, on-time execution by operational teams
- Oversee troubleshooting and issue resolution across creative, tracking, trafficking, and delivery workflows.
- Identify and oversee the deployment of digital technology solutions and partnerships, such as ad servers, data management tools, media planning/buying and billing systems, that deliver against client and organizational needs
- Maintain rigorous documentation and ensure all campaign setups meet audit-ready standards

Your Profile
- Fully rounded knowledge of digital ad serving, measurement, and associated technology and partners.
- Strong experience in ad operations and ad serving platforms, particularly Google Campaign Manager 360
- Experience with additional ad servers (Sizmek, Flashtalking, Adform).
- Knowledge of conversion tagging, rich media, and Google Marketing Platform tools.
- Familiarity with verification vendors (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
- Working knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, or APIs.
- Experience with Tag Management Systems (GTM, Tealium, Ensighten, Signal).
