About the Role

The Delivery function sits at the heart of Tag and is built around strong accountability, clear ownership, and deep integration across the business. Our teams take end-to-end responsibility for scope, budgets, timelines, and quality, bringing together project management, production, design, post-production, adaptation, and localisation to deliver work efficiently and right first time.

We are looking for an Adaptation Producer to manage the production, adaptation, and localisation of high-volume creative content across digital, video, motion, and print.

This is a hands-on production and delivery role. The focus is not on developing creative concepts but on taking approved creative and producing accurate, high-quality assets across multiple formats, channels, languages, and markets.

The role requires someone who is highly organised, resilient, and exceptionally detail-focused. You will be comfortable working at pace, managing a significant volume of deliverables, and keeping control of multiple moving parts without losing sight of specifications, deadlines, budgets, or quality.

You will own projects from initial brief and scoping through production, adaptation, localisation, quality control, and final asset delivery, working closely with clients, creative agencies, and Tag's specialist production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Integrated Production & Delivery

  • Working with onshore and offshore studios, own the end-to-end production and delivery of projects across digital, social, video, motion, print, and other channels.
  • Review briefs, supplied creative, and asset requirements to ensure projects are clear, complete, and production-ready.
  • Translate briefs into practical production plans, schedules, resource requirements, and delivery workflows.
  • Manage high volumes of adaptation and localisation across formats, sizes, languages, markets, and channels.
  • Coordinate day-to-day activity across design, artwork, motion, post-production, language, quality control, and asset delivery teams.
  • Maintain rigorous control of deliverables, ensuring every asset is produced to the correct specification, naming convention, version, and deadline.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, continually prioritising activity to keep production moving.
  • Identify dependencies, production risks, and missing information early and resolve or escalate issues before they impact delivery.
  • Manage changes to scope, specifications, timings, or deliverables and clearly communicate their impact.
  • Oversee quality control and final delivery, ensuring work is accurate, complete, and right first time.
  • Ensure final assets are correctly delivered or uploaded to the relevant platforms and that proof of delivery and project records are complete.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
