Pay: £14.50 per hour

We're recruiting an Additional Needs Support Assistant to work with children and young people in an education setting in Exeter.
Both full-time and part-time opportunities are available, making this an excellent option whether you're looking for regular full-time work or a role that fits around other commitments.
What Will You Be Doing?
Your role will focus on helping pupils overcome the individual barriers that can make education more difficult.

- Provide individualised learning support.
- Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small groups.

We're looking for people who can combine empathy with consistency.
You'll need good communication skills, patience, flexibility, and the ability to remain calm when a pupil is struggling.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one will be required.
