A Snapshot of Your Day
As Additive Manufacturing Program Lead, you will drive one of Gas Services’ key growth initiatives, leading the end-to-end industrialization and scale-up of Additive Manufacturing (AM) solutions in. You will work closely with technology and design engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, service, and external partners to ensure successful qualification, capacity expansion, and serial production readiness. Your work will directly contribute to increasing manufacturing competitiveness, accelerating innovation, and creating measurable business value for Siemens Energy and its customers. Every day, you will operate in a highly collaborative and international environment where ownership, transparency, and a growth mindset are valued to turn ambitious plans into tangible business results.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Additive Manufacturing work package in the Gas Services growth program, ensuring achievement of program scope, milestones, budget, and business objectives.
- Drive the industrialization, qualification, and production ramp-up of AM solutions for demanding gas turbine components, enabling successful transition into serial manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain the integrated AM roadmap, ensuring alignment on priorities, resources, dependencies, and critical decisions across all stakeholders.
- Build and manage the business case, including investment planning, value realization tracking, risk management, and financial transparency.
- Ensure manufacturing, service introduction, product lifecycle, and capacity expansion readiness to support sustainable growth.
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration and governance while proactively identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks to ensure successful program execution

What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a matrix organization, as a line manager, or a comparable track record in people leadership.
- Proven experience in industrialization, product introduction, manufacturing ramp-up, production qualification, or related operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to align senior leadership, technical experts, operations teams, and external partners.
- Solid understanding of Siemens Energy processes and interfaces, including Product Development, Service Introduction, Procurement, Operations, and Quality.
- Technical background in gas turbine components, additive manufacturing, manufacturing technologies, or a comparable industrial environment.
- Strong business acumen combined with excellent communication skills and experience managing business cases, investments, budgets, and value realization.
About The Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
