Join us as the Additive Manufacturing Program Lead, where you will spearhead one of Gas Services’ pivotal growth initiatives. You will take charge of the entire industrialization and scale-up process for Additive Manufacturing (AM) solutions, collaborating closely with technology and design engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, service, and external partners. Your efforts will be instrumental in enhancing manufacturing competitiveness, driving innovation, and delivering tangible business value for Siemens Energy and its customers. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the comprehensive delivery of the Additive Manufacturing work package within the Gas Services growth program, ensuring program scope, milestones, budget, and business objectives are met.
- Drive the industrialization, qualification, and production ramp-up of AM solutions for complex gas turbine components, facilitating a smooth transition into serial manufacturing.
- Develop and maintain an integrated AM roadmap, aligning priorities, resources, dependencies, and critical decisions across all stakeholders.
- Build and manage the business case, focusing on investment planning, value realization tracking, risk management, and financial transparency.
- Ensure readiness for manufacturing, service introduction, product lifecycle, and capacity expansion to support sustainable growth.
- Foster effective cross-functional collaboration and governance while proactively identifying, mitigating, and escalating risks to ensure successful program execution.

What You Bring
- Over 5 years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a matrix organization, with a proven track record in people leadership.
- Demonstrated experience in industrialization, product introduction, manufacturing ramp-up, production qualification, or similar operational environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of aligning senior leadership, technical experts, operations teams, and external partners.
- Solid understanding of Siemens Energy processes and interfaces, including Product Development, Service Introduction, Procurement, Operations, and Quality.
- Technical background in gas turbine components, additive manufacturing, manufacturing technologies, or a comparable industrial environment.
- Strong business acumen paired with excellent communication skills and experience managing business cases, investments, budgets, and value realization.

Our Gas Services division is dedicated to providing low-emission power generation through innovative service and decarbonization solutions. We focus on zero or low-emission power generation, encompassing all gas turbines, steam turbines, and generators. Our team is committed to exploring decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and the digitalization of our fleet, ensuring a sustainable future for energy generation.
