About the Role
Omnicom Media is seeking a senior Addressable Investment Lead, Markets to drive the adoption and evolution of our addressable investment operating model across EMEA markets.
This role acts as the key regional leadership connection between our EMEA strategy and local market execution. Working closely with market Heads of Addressable Investment, market leadership teams, and regional stakeholders, you will help create greater consistency, scalability, and effectiveness across the region while ensuring genuine local market needs remain at the heart of decision making.
You will play a critical role in guiding change, driving adoption of regional standards, and helping markets maximise the value of our shared service and hub capabilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the market adoption of Omnicom Media's addressable investment strategy across EMEA.
- Partner with market leadership teams to implement consistent operating standards and best practice.
- Support the transition towards more scalable, standardised, and hub-enabled delivery models.
- Challenge legacy ways of working and identify opportunities for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure local market requirements are appropriately represented while maintaining regional consistency.
- Review market performance and implementation progress, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to market leaders on operational transformation, governance, and delivery models.
- Collaborate across investment, strategy, planning, technology, and capability teams to drive alignment and growth.

What We're Looking For
- Significant leadership experience within addressable media investment, activation, or digital media environments.
- Strong understanding of EMEA markets, including local client dynamics, media ecosystems, and regulatory considerations.
- Experience influencing and leading across multiple markets within a matrix organisation.
- Proven success driving operational change, transformation, or new operating models.
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance local market needs with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Deep knowledge of ad tech, addressable media, identity solutions, and emerging industry trends.

Omnicom’s Policy
Omnicom’s policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager.
