We’re looking for a highly experienced specialist ADHD clinician for an exciting new clinical pathway.

Your clinical judgment has been shaped by years of specialist ADHD practice, and now we want you to use it to determine whether our pathway is ready to reach thousands of patients who've been waiting years for care.

About Evaro

Evaro is a fully licensed and regulated healthcare platform that combines AI-assisted consultations with clinical oversight from qualified healthcare professionals. We provide instant medical access, diagnosis, and next-day prescription delivery for a wide range of primary care conditions, making quality healthcare faster and more accessible for everyone.

Why ADHD

NHS waits for adult ADHD assessment run at 3–7 years in many areas. Right to Choose has helped, but demand has outpaced supply and the gap is widening. Diagnosis alone isn't the finish line. Most patients who access private assessment hit an immediate wall with no shared care agreement, no prescriber to continue medication, no titration support. The pathway breaks exactly where it should begin. Evaro is building the infrastructure to own the full journey.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About the Engagement

Our experienced product and clinical teams are building the platform, and we need you to be the leading authority that ensures we follow NICE guidelines, UKAAN consensus statements, and MHRA guidance. You'll sign off the clinical framework, Decision Assistant rule sets, prescriber training requirements, and GP communication approach before we go live. Post launch, we’ll work together with you as our named clinical authority, completing monthly reviews, advising on complex cases, and helping us refine the service based on early patient outcomes. This engagement is designed so Evaro's internal team can operate independently once the framework is handed over. You're here to build capability, not dependency, and be the public authority for Evaro.
