Role: ADHD / Autism Assessor

Location: Salford - remote offered to those who can commit some on-site availability

Rates:

  • Adult ADHD - £400
  • Adult Autism - £550
  • CYP ADHD - £500
  • CYP Autism - £600

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing Right to Choose provider with an ambitious expansion plan and a clear commitment to delivering gold-standard neurodevelopmental assessments. With over 4,000 assessments on the waiting list and 150 or more new referrals coming in every week, this is a genuinely exciting time to get involved.

We are looking for experienced ADHD and Autism assessors who take real pride in the quality of their clinical work and want to be part of a service that is built around excellence from the ground up.

The Role

You will carry out structured ADHD, Autism, and combined assessments under the NHS Right to Choose pathway, working within a well-defined multi-appointment clinical framework. This is a high-quality service and the assessment process reflects that, so this role will suit clinicians who are thorough, organised, and genuinely committed to getting it right.

The assessment pathway includes developmental history, ADOS administration, informant interviews, MDT meetings, and structured feedback sessions, with combined assessments following a blended pathway.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct ADHD and Autism assessments across a structured multi-appointment pathway
  • Complete developmental history, DIVA, and ADOS assessments as required
  • Participate in internal MDT discussions for complex cases
  • Deliver clear and compassionate feedback to patients and families
  • Produce high-quality clinical reports to the standard expected by the service

Requirements

  • Qualified and HCPC or NMC registered clinician (Psychologist, Nurse, or equivalent)
  • Formal ADOS-2 training and experience essential for Autism assessment work
  • Experience conducting ADHD assessments using DIVA or equivalent structured tools
  • Strong report writing skills and attention to clinical detail
  • Reliable, well-organised, and comfortable working within a tech-enabled clinic environment
  • Committed to gold-standard assessment practice
