Are you an experienced Adjudicator who thrives on fairness, impartiality, and making a real difference?

At TDS Group, we're looking for an experienced Adjudicator to join our growing Resolution team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality alternative dispute resolution (ADR) services, helping landlords, tenants, and agents reach fair and reasoned outcomes.

As a trusted and independent decision-maker, you'll manage a varied caseload, analyze complex evidence, and produce clear, well-reasoned decisions. You'll also contribute to mediation and conciliation activities, helping parties resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.

Established in 2003, TDS Group operates tenancy deposit schemes across the UK and provides free dispute resolution services for tenancy deposit disputes. We are a collaborative, forward-thinking organization with colleagues and customers at the heart of everything we do. What You'll Be Doing

  • Adjudicating disputes independently across a range of ADR schemes
  • Reviewing and analyzing large volumes of evidence and documentation
  • Producing high-quality, impartial decisions within agreed timelines
  • Conducting mediation and conciliation activities to support early dispute resolution
  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of ADR services
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure consistency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Representing TDS at industry events, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements as required

What We're Looking For

We're keen to hear from professionals who can demonstrate:

  • An honours degree or relevant professional qualification
  • At least 3 to 4 years' experience in an adjudication, complaints, dispute resolution, or regulatory environment
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of mediation and conciliation processes
  • A collaborative approach combined with the confidence to work independently in a remote environment
