Role Description

The Admin Accounts Assistant is a full-time, hybrid/on-site role based in London. This role involves supporting daily accounting operations, including handling invoices, processing payments, managing petty cash, and assisting with credit control activities. The Admin Accounts Assistant will maintain accurate financial records, update accounting systems, and help prepare basic reports for the finance team. The role also includes general administrative tasks such as filing, document management, responding to queries, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient financial processes.

  • Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and Finance for handling day-to-day bookkeeping and supporting financial reporting.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Credit Control to assist with monitoring outstanding balances and following up on payments.
  • Candidates should possess skills in managing Petty Cash, including accurate recording, reconciliation, and basic cash handling.
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Relevant qualifications such as an accounting or finance-related certificate or diploma are beneficial.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in an accounts or administrative support role within a professional services environment is preferred.
