Role Description
This part-time, on-site role in Cranfield provides administrative, analytics, and operations support across the business. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Additional tasks may include:
- Coordinating with internal teams
- Supporting inventory or order-processing workflows
- Contributing to continuous improvements in administrative and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including accurate data entry, document management, and task prioritization.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets and basic analytics tools to compile, interpret, and present operational data.
- Experience supporting operations or office workflows, preferably in a small business, consumer goods, or supply chain environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues on-site.
- Comfort with using office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, shared drives) and learning new systems as needed.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Interest in sustainable, organic products and alignment with Hampstead Tea’s values is beneficial.
- Relevant education or training in administration, business, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
