Full Time / 37 Hours Per Week / Permanent
Are you highly organised with excellent attention to detail and would like to provide a range of critical support services to our Housing Service? Join our Housing Team. You’ll be a valued member of a service who are committed to providing the best administrative and business support in accordance with systems, statutory procedures, legislation, corporate standards and policies.
The role is a full time, permanent position working 37 hours per week from Monday to Friday however we will also consider part time hours to meet the needs of the service - this can be discussed at interview. You’ll be willing to work flexible hours and on occasion outside/after normal hours.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Help develop, produce, and maintain service specific processes, systems, databases, and documents in line with corporate standards.
- Ensure the service runs smoothly by responding to telephone enquiries, responding to emails, and resolving enquiries in an efficient way.
- Use your experience to work to standards, policies, and procedures daily, which will include a good understanding of data protection and written procedures.

What You’ll Need
- Experience of carrying out intermediate level administration tasks using IT applications such as Word, Excel, Email and websites and you will have the ability to input data and maintain databases accurately.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to provide excellent customer service when resolving and responding to a variety of enquiries.
- Strong organisational skills to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment whilst ensuring policies and procedures are followed correctly.
- Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and high attention to detail to deliver a high-quality service.
- Ability to support meetings by taking minutes and recording actions.
