About the Role

Join OhMyFood as we launch London’s first home‑cooked food marketplace. This is a remote 45‑day volunteer role for Phase 1, with a 30‑day HR review and the possibility of future full‑time opportunities based on performance, business needs, and role availability.

You’ll act as the operational backbone of the platform, supporting everything that happens after a Home Chef joins the community. From onboarding and training to order coordination and day‑to‑day communication, you’ll ensure processes run smoothly across the platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboard and train Home Chefs, guide them through platform access, account setup, and provide ongoing support.
  • Coordinate orders, manage updates, and ensure smooth communication with chefs, Delivery Captains, and the core team.
  • Maintain trackers, records, and internal documentation while managing platform access and permissions.
  • Identify challenges, suggest process improvements, and support day‑to‑day backend operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
