Your Mission
To provide essential administrative and operational support to both the Procurement and Accounts teams within the manufacturing division, ensuring efficient processes, accurate record-keeping, and smooth daily operations.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Procurement & Purchasing Support
- Process, create, and accurately track purchase orders (POs) within the internal database or ERP system.
- Reconcile invoices, match packing slips with purchase orders, and efficiently resolve basic billing discrepancies.
- Liaise effectively with vendors to confirm order details, pricing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage the ordering of general office facility supplies and consumable factory stock.
- Track the status of open orders and coordinate closely with warehouse or receiving teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Administrative & Accounts Support
- Accurately enter all craft-related timesheets, and prepare the paperwork for payroll.
- Investigate and resolve any timesheet discrepancies by liaising with Team Leaders, Craftsmen, and Machinists to maintain 100% accuracy in production hour accounting.
- Input approved hours into ERP and ensure correct transfer into the relevant accounting system or general ledger.
- Assist with production delivery report management and coordinate logistics for monthly meetings.
- Coordinate logistics and shipments with courier companies, ensuring efficient dispatch and receipt of materials.
- Undertake additional administrative duties and projects as required to support the manufacturing division's operations.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Proven administrative experience, ideally within a procurement, production, or accounting environment.
- Strong analytical and numerical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented, positive, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
