Talk Consent’s Mission
Talk Consent’s mission is to tackle rape and sexual assault through effective education.
To address sexual violence, society must recognise it as a problem and take collective responsibility. Therefore, to make a difference, we must deliver education at scale, reaching 1000s of schools and hundreds of thousands of students every year.
We provide education in the form of workshops and assemblies to schools for students aged 7 to 18. Since 2021, we have partnered with over 730 schools and delivered education to over 350,000 young people. Achieving this scale requires efficient selling and booking organisation with schools.
We are continuing to grow and are looking for people to join us on our exciting journey to becoming the UK’s schools’ trusted partner for preventing sexual misconduct and abuse.
The Role
Given the growth of Talk Consent, there are many schools that we need to organise sessions with (currently 30 to 40 per week).
The role of the bookings manager will cover three areas:
Finalising Bookings
- Reply to contacts’ emails promptly to help them book sessions.
- Follow up with contacts to convert interested contacts.
- Organise and conduct calls and meetings with potential customers.
- Answer customer questions clearly so they have all the information they need to finalise a booking.
- Follow up with schools after their booking to maintain a strong relationship with schools and help them re-book.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
